Fun Tidbits: I love all animals (evident by all the critters around here) facials, brunch and going to the spa are how I unwind. Turtles are my spirit animal. On the weekends I’m either riding Bellagio through the woods at endurance rides, or hanging out exploring/traveling with the hubs and pups!
I’m Victoria Mexcur, and I help adults just like you; ones that have the resiliency, strength and power, but need helpful support, direction and maybe a “hype man” to get there. I help clients decompress, share their pain, drop the baggage by having a safe, natural, peaceful space providing you with the skills to be your ultimate self. Many time we mask the trauma, grief and loss in being the best, excelling at something (let’s face it… everything) to the point that we break and don’t know where to find peace and hope. This is place where you can find that peace and hope.
I’m a licensed therapist offering mental health and drug and alcohol counseling services in North Carolina (LCMHCS) and Nebraska (LIMHP). I provide telehealth for all and in person sessions for locals in the commutable Charlotte NC area. I have a passion in assisting individual, couples, and those in rural communities to navigate through the struggles of life. I specialize in processing trauma, grief and the struggles of co-occurring disorders. I also specialize in working with high performers with performance anxiety and work on building resiliency. I also have a strong passion to serving veterans with PTSD (combat and noncombat), with substance use disorders. I am EMDR-trained, and I am certified to include equines (horses) in therapy sessions.
